2 cups graham crackers
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup melted butter
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
100 mini marshmallows
1 can crush pineapple (drained)
20 maraschino cherries (quartered)
½ cup whipped cream
Combine all ingredients and press into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake in 375 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Combine milk and lemon juice stir until thickened.
Mix in marshmallows, pineapple and cherries.
Fold in whipped cream
Spread over graham crumb layer.
Refrigerate for 1 ½ hour or more.
